had them before. I’m having one now.

@Dr. Rick Kirschner, Hmm….regarding structure….I offer some wordless improvisational singing and that opens up the right brain and provides the opportunity to slow down and relax…it’s a mix of the wordless singing and transformative life stories from my own experience. Some of these describe peak experiences, some dark nights of the soul, some illuminate moments in ordinary reality so that it becomes clear that ordinary reality is actually quite mythic in nature. It’s a kind of healing performance that opens up the energy field of individuals in the audience and the group as a whole.

I’m with you on this for sure. There is enormous healing power in the life story and how we perceive and express it. I love doing performances that include the telling of transformative life stories that inspire listeners to expand their experience of what is possible.
